PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)
This Public Agreement (Offer) is an official public offer of the Seller, SOLE PROPRIETOR Afzal Sabina Sokhelivna, to conclude an agreement for the order, purchase, and sale of goods presented on the website www.sbnclo.com.
This Agreement is public. According to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms apply equally to all buyers without giving preference to any one buyer. By placing an order, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement regarding ordering, payment, delivery, acceptance, returns, and liability. The Agreement is considered concluded once the Buyer clicks the “Complete Order” button on the Seller’s website and receives an electronic order confirmation.
1. Definitions
1.1 Public Agreement (Offer): a public offer by the Seller to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a remote sale agreement for goods under the terms of this Offer.
1.2 Goods: the products selected and purchased by the Buyer on the Seller’s website or by other methods outlined in clause 3.1.
1.3 Online Store: the website www.sbnclo.com, created for retail and wholesale sale of goods.
1.4 Buyer: an individual legally capable of concluding agreements, aged 18 or older, who places an order for goods.
1.5 Seller: SOLE PROPRIETOR Afzal Sabina Sokhelivna, Ukraine, 03179, Kyiv, Ukrainskoho Vidrodzhennia Street, Building 5, Apartment 8.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1 The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the Goods under this Agreement.
2.2 The Agreement is concluded when the Buyer submits an order and receives confirmation from the Seller electronically.

3.2 The Seller may refuse an order if provided information is incomplete or appears invalid.
3.3 The Buyer must provide accurate information for order fulfillment.
3.4 Product details (name, description, size, price, material) are indicated on the website.
3.5 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms agreement with this Offer and consents to the collection and processing of personal data for order fulfillment.
4. Price and Delivery
4.1 Prices are listed in the online store in USD.
4.2 Prices may change, but once paid in full, the unit price cannot be changed.
4.3 Delivery cost is not included in the price and is paid by the Buyer according to the chosen carrier.
4.4 Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer once the Goods are transferred to the carrier or personally received by the Buyer.
5. Rights and Obligations
Seller:
Deliver goods according to the order.
Protect Buyer’s personal data except when disclosure is required by law or for order fulfillment.
Buyer:
Provide accurate personal data for order processing.
Review terms and product information before placing an order.
6. Returns
6.1 Buyers may return non-food items of proper quality within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Certain items (e.g., underwear, accessories) are non-returnable.
6.2 Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days after receipt of returned goods.
6.3 The cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
7.1 The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use, storage, allergies, or force majeure events.
7.2 Both parties are responsible under Ukrainian law for fulfilling this Agreement.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data
8.1 By providing personal data, the Buyer consents to its processing according to Ukrainian law.
8.2 The Seller will not disclose personal data except to fulfill the order or as required by law.
8.3 The Buyer must keep their data accurate.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement is governed by Ukrainian law.
9.2 Disputes are resolved first by negotiation, then in Ukrainian courts if necessary.
9.3 The Seller may amend this Agreement unilaterally by publishing changes on the website.
